The Innovative Project of Research and Development of Crucial Technology and Equipment Employed in Aseptic Brick Carton Milk Filling Machine Passes the Province-Level Appraisal
Bihai Machinery Company undertakes the key innovative project of Linyi City. Its program, Research and Development of Crucial Technology and Equipment Employed in Aseptic Brick Carton Milk Filling Machine, passed the province-level appraisal during the appraisal meeting held on January 1st 2011.
The appraisal committee comprises 7 experts in packaging field. They are Researcher Youbin Zhao from National Packaging and Food Machinery Company, Professor Xingqian Ye from Research Institute of Food Science of Zhejiang University, Professor Renren Wang from Shandong Light Industry Institute, Professor Lixin Lu from School of Mechanical Engineering of Jiangnan University, Professor Xin Luo from School of Food Science and Engineering of Shandong Agricultural University, Researcher Li Su from Shandong Food and Fermentation Industry Research and Design Institute, and Professor Weihua Fan from Shandong Light Industry Institute.
Deputy Director Ruidong Dong from Linyi Science and Technology Bureau, County Chief Assistant Ning Wang from Junan County, Section Chief Ying Xie from Management Office of Linyi Scientific and Technological Bureau, and Director Yongli Wang from Science and Technology Bureau of Junan County attended the meeting.
During the meeting, the appraisal committee reached an agreement after site inspection, debriefing, reviewing the related data, inquiry, and discussion. It was demonstrated that the machine adopted sealing strip transfer device and cryogenic heat exchanger in achieving sterile packaging. It was also proved that the machine employed high-frequency heat sealing system with sealing sensor and variable density magnetic powder in order to ensure a secure seal.
The project has obtained 9 national-level patents, featuring high technological innovation, and state-level leading techniques. Along with the project, it brings about significant economic and social profits. The experts then participated in the in-depth analysis of its technical feasibility, overall economic efficiency, and application prospects. After the discussion, the experts suggested we improve the processing equipment, expand production scale, and expedite industrialization.
